Come & learn Cuban style Salsa. Two left feet?....don't worry! Patricia will get you dancing in no time! Classes for all levels, Beginners from 7.30-8pm, Improvers from 8.15-9pm, Intermediate/Advanced Rueda 9.30-10.30pm, Social dancing till 11.30pm

Tai Chi for beginners upwards costs £5 starts 5pm-6pm
All levels welcome, including beginners, don't be shy!!! Mat has studied Martial Arts for 15yrs (Tae-Kwon-Do, Ninpo, Wing Chun & Chi Kung) and is fully insured & a registered instructor. Clients include W. Sussex County Council.
