Welcome to the Park View....We are located a stones throw away from the magnificent Preston Park, so we are the perfect place to recharge your batteries after a long day out and about, enjoying all that's great in Brighton.

We are family friendly, with ever expanding facilities for the youngsters. Don't forget your pooch is welcome too!!
